MRP RE-ISSUE / RENEWAL OF MACHINE READABLE PASSPORT 

Who can apply:

• If you have previous Machine-readable passport which is expiring in next 12 to 6 months’ time you can apply for MRP Reissue.
• If your Machine Readable passport is already expired.

Documents required :

• Filled up Reissue form (MRP_Reissue_or_Renewal_Form.pdf). Fill up and submit the hard copy at the Consular counter. 
• Previous passport information page (page 2-3) scanned or photo copy.
• Passport size photograph (scanned or hard copy).  
• USD $ 100/- at the Embassy Consular counter or in Embassy account.

NB: In case of bank payment, please submit the payment receipt online or at the Embassy Consular counter.
